Pizza Forno Small Oven Peel

7″ Stainless steel blade, 46″ overall length. Wooden handle.

This peel is made specially for us to our design. Essential for oven work, turning and removing pizza, but also clearing the hearth of ash and manoeuvring the fire around. The larger peel is for placing pizza but is too big for general oven work.
