A Zio Ciro portable wood oven is a real wood-fired (or gas conversion) oven. The 60 we describe as a small to medium, the 80 we would describe as being a medium and the 95 a large oven. The dome and hearth are entirely made of high quality refractory concrete. Refractory material has thermal properties that allow the oven to retain heat for longer, thus enabling you to cook long after the fire has died down.
It is ideal for cooking Italian pizza in a traditional way, but also for bread, roasts, grilled fish, grilled vegetables and sweets.
The Subito Cotto is available also with GAS Burner KIT Accessory, compatible with Natural Gas and LPG (Calor and Gas etc). It consumes small amounts of wood/gas and reaches the baking temperature in just few minutes, 450 C° (840 F°) in 40 minutes.
